Warner &amp; Associates, providing engineering, architecture, and surveying services for the design of facilities and infrastructure in the industrial, utility, municipal and commercial sectors, has announced plans to expand their operations in the Northeast Ohio Region. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during its Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today. The company plans to add 88 new positions to its current staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cR.E. Warner &amp; Associates President &amp; CEO Ted Beltavski, PE said. \u201cOur firm has grown rapidly over the last several years in response to our expanding client base, and we are in need of increased office space to accommodate this growth while still having room for continued expansion.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R.E. Warner is experiencing significant growth in contracts within each of their markets, particularly in the utility market, manufacturing sector, and metals industry \u2013 the market that started the company over 70 years ago. Having maxed out the space at their current location, the company plans to relocate to an office nearby in North Olmsted, providing the company with the space needed to grow its operations while retaining its talented workers in Cuyahoga County. The new location also offers advantageous proximity to the airport, which is key as the firm frequently travels to and hosts clients located throughout the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cR.E.
