Subject to obtaining all necessary approvals, International Food Solutions plans to renovate and construct a 120,000-square-foot poultry-processing facility at a vacant building location at East 55<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; Central Ave. The company will utilize the facility to service its existing school district customers as part of the USDA school lunch program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled&nbsp; to receive approval from the Tax Credit Authority. This approval brings our project one step closer to moving forward,\u201d&nbsp; said Lincoln Yee, Co-President of International Food Solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, International Food Solutions utilizes a processing facility out of state to meet its customer needs.&nbsp; A team consisting of members of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, ODOD, JobsOhio, and Team NEO worked with International Foods Solutions to provide the business case for relocating these operations to the Northeast Ohio Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to new job creation and capital improvements, the project is noteworthy for the company\u2019s investment in both the community and the significant benefits it offers new hires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis project will not only create over 220 new jobs in our growing food processing industry, it also represents a massive investment in the Central neighborhood,\u201d said Mayor Justin M.
