The board of directors of Team NEO has appointed two prominent Northeast Ohio executives to the organization\u2019s board: David Allen, Head of Northern Ohio at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and Mark A. Jones, Vice President, Customer Engagement at FirstEnergy Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Allen and Jones will bring a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the Board. They are both personally and professionally committed to building a stronger, more vibrant Northeast Ohio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About David Allen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n David Allen is an Executive Director and Market Team Lead in the Cleveland office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank, covering Northern Ohio. Dave manages a group of professional advisors and specialists dedicated to designing integrated strategies that help families plan, invest, bank and borrow. He is focused on delivering a local presence, extensive industry experience and the global capabilities of J.P. Morgan. A native of Cleveland, he is excited to be a part of JPMorganChase\u2019s rich history of serving Northeast Ohio for more than 210 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dave is particularly focused on working with executives, entrepreneurs and business owners to help unlock the value of their concentrated wealth. Over the course of his 20+ year career, Dave has built a well-diversified and successful background in financial services and executive management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Dave has a B.S. from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, specializing in Finance, Strategy & Marketing. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and 9\/10 securities licenses and Ohio Insurance License. Jones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Mark Jones is Vice President of Customer Engagement for FirstEnergy Corporation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jones has more than 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He joined FirstEnergy in 1999 as a Customer Support representative. Through a series of promotions, he was named he was named vice president of External Affairs for Jersey Central Power & Light and Vice President of Operations for JCPL in 2017. In 2018 he was named President of Toledo Edison. In 2019 he was named President of The Illuminating Company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jones was named in October 2021 to his current role as Corporate Customer Engagement Vice President for FirstEnergy. His team of professionals is focused on safety, service to our communities and customers, operational excellence, economic development, energy efficiency and customer affordability enterprise wide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Jones served on numerous boards which focus on state and local community issues, economic development needs and emergency preparedness.
