Adding new location in the Northeast Ohio Region
ProVia, a leading manufacturer of professional-class entry doors, storm doors, patio doors, windows, vinyl siding, manufactured stone, and metal roofing, has announced plans to expand its business by adding a facility in Wayne County, bringing 300 new jobs to the area. The company will add new entry door production lines to an existing 303,000-square foot facility in the Village of Dalton as well as a smaller building in nearby Sugar Creek Township. ProVia plans to make modifications to the structures and intends to further expand the facility located along US 30. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during its Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today.
ProVia has experienced significant growth over the past decade. Today the company has a workforce of over 2,300 and operates ten locations, nine in Ohio and one in Mississippi. Delivering a quality product to consumers, ProVia continues to add to its retailer and distributor network resulting in strong sales growth.
